We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Events & Activities Coordinator (preferably female), assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of school events, activities, and field trips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee school events, student activities, and educational trips
- Coordinate closely with school departments to ensure smooth execution of all activities
- Manage timelines, logistics, and resources for each event
- Communicate effectively with Head Office , fellow staff and students.
- Ensure all events comply with school policies and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination (education setting is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A creative and energetic mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
