Learning Alliance School is seeking an experienced and dynamic A Level Coordinator to lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, and overall coordination of the A Level programme, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, management, and execution of the A Level programme
- Develop and regularly update curriculum; ensure effective implementation
- Coordinate with Principal/SVP/VP on all academic matters
- Lead and manage teaching staff; delegate tasks and ensure accountability
- Conduct regular coordination meetings and classroom observations
- Ensure timely conduct and evaluation of tests, exams, and assessments
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback to parents
- Support student onboarding and manage overall student affairs
- Coordinate timetables with admin and ensure smooth academic operations
- Organize academic events, activities, and cohort meetings
- Act as liaison between parents, teachers, and school leadership
- Oversee teacher attendance, performance, and professional development
- Ensure continuous monitoring, evaluation, and reflective teaching practices
- Supervise school operations in absence of Principal/SVP/VP when required
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred (HEC recognized)
- 3–5 years of teaching experience (A Level experience preferred)
- Experience in curriculum planning, academic coordination, and staff management
- Strong understanding of teaching methodologies
