Learning Alliance School is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Admission Officer to manage the student admissions process and serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Respond to walk-ins, calls, emails, and online queries from parents
- Conduct school tours and provide accurate information about programs and policies
- Manage admission records, applications, and documentation
- Coordinate entrance assessments and admission interviews
- Maintain and update admissions database and reports
- Follow up with prospective parents to ensure conversion of leads
- Collaborate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding of new students
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, front desk, or customer service (school experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
