Job Overview

Learning Alliance School is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Admission Officer to manage the student admissions process and serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
  • Respond to walk-ins, calls, emails, and online queries from parents
  • Conduct school tours and provide accurate information about programs and policies
  • Manage admission records, applications, and documentation
  • Coordinate entrance assessments and admission interviews
  • Maintain and update admissions database and reports
  • Follow up with prospective parents to ensure conversion of leads
  • Collaborate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding of new students

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions, front desk, or customer service (school experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
