Learning Alliance School is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Career & Education Counsellor to guide students in academic planning, career pathways, and higher education opportunities, both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling on academic choices and career pathways
• Guide students on subject selection aligned with career goals
• Assist with university applications, personal statements, and admission requirements
• Support students in preparing for standardized tests (e.g., SAT, IELTS)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international universities, admissions, and scholarships
• Organize career counselling sessions, university fairs, and workshops
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and university representatives
• Maintain accurate counselling records and student progress reports
• Track student placements and provide ongoing guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in career/education counselling (school experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of university admissions processes (UK, US, Canada, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
