Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and structured chess coaching sessions for students.
• Teach chess fundamentals, strategies, tactics, and advanced gameplay techniques.
• Assess students' skill levels and develop individualized training plans.
• Organize practice matches, tournaments, and chess club activities.
• Prepare students for local, national, and international chess competitions.
• Foster critical thinking, sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among students.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents, where required.
• Maintain attendance records and coaching schedules.
• Collaborate with school administration to promote chess-related events and initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Chess Coach, instructor, or competitive chess player.
• Strong knowledge of chess strategies, openings, middle-game tactics, and endgame techniques.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting is preferred.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students of varying skill levels.
