Job Summary:
The Daycare Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the daycare facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. The role involves supervising daycare staff, maintaining high standards of child care, and fostering positive relationships with parents and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the daycare center.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of all children under care.
• Monitor and support daycare staff in delivering quality childcare services.
• Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Maintain attendance, health, and incident records as required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, health, safety, and safeguarding standards.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.
• Manage classroom resources, supplies, and equipment effectively.
• Address concerns, incidents, and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting.
• Prior supervisory experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of child development and safeguarding practices.
