The Front Desk Information Officer serves as the first point of contact for prospective parents and visitors. The role is responsible for welcoming families, providing accurate information about the school, conducting campus tours, assisting with admissions inquiries, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions Support
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information regarding school programs, curriculum, facilities, admission procedures, fee structure, and entry requirements.
- Guide prospective parents through the admissions process and answer their queries effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school policies, programs, and admissions criteria.
School Tours
- Conduct informative and engaging campus tours for prospective families.
- Highlight the school's academic offerings, co-curricular activities, facilities, and unique strengths.
- Address parent concerns and provide relevant information during school visits.
- Coordinate tour schedules with relevant departments and school administration.
Customer Service
- Build positive relationships with prospective and current parents.
- Follow up with interested families to provide additional information and encourage enrollment.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and represent the school's values and culture positively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in customer service, admissions, front desk management, or hospitality is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
