Learning Alliance School is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, recruitment, employee records management, and staff coordination within a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR related administrative tasks
- Oversee onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate staff records, attendance, and leave data
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Address employee queries and maintain positive staff relations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (school and accounts experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel sheets
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
