Job Overview

Learning Alliance School is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, recruitment, employee records management, and staff coordination within a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR related administrative tasks 
  • Oversee onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate staff records, attendance, and leave data
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Address employee queries and maintain positive staff relations
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (school and accounts experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel sheets 
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
