Learning Alliance International invites applications for the position of IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Business Management Teacher.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business Management to IB Diploma Programme students using inquiry-based teaching practices.
• Design engaging lesson plans and assessments aligned with the IB curriculum.
• Guide students in developing analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
• Prepare students for internal assessments and final IB examinations.
• Track student performance and communicate progress effectively.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience teaching IB Diploma Programme Business Management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IB philosophy and assessment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
