Learning Alliance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate IDU Teacher for its IB program. The role involves supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring inclusive education, and collaborating with teachers to implement effective differentiation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and support students with individual learning differences
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with IB teachers to adapt curriculum and assessments
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership
- Promote inclusive teaching practices within the classroom
- Support social, emotional, and academic development of students
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IB school
- Strong understanding of inclusive education and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- IB training or experience
- Certification in Special Education or Learning Support
