Job Summary:
Learning Alliance is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Individuals & Societies (INS) Teacher for its IB program. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons and foster critical thinking, global awareness, and research skills among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver IB Individuals & Societies lessons (e.g., History, Geography, Global Politics)
• Use inquiry-based and student-centered teaching approaches
• Design and assess formative and summative assessments in line with IB standards
• Encourage critical thinking, research, and interdisciplinary learning
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives
• Integrate global perspectives and real-world connections into lessons
• Support students’ academic and personal development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, Geography, Social Sciences, or a related field
• 2–4 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB setting
• Strong understanding of IB curriculum frameworks (MYP/DP preferred)
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Proficiency in using educational technology
