Learning Alliance School is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Lab Incharge to manage science laboratories, ensure safety standards, and support practical learning for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of science laboratories (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
• Prepare and set up equipment and materials for practical lessons
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and storage of lab equipment
• Maintain inventory of lab supplies and coordinate timely procurement
• Enforce laboratory safety rules and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist teachers and students during experiments and practical sessions
• Maintain records of lab usage, chemicals, and equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lab at all times
• Safely handle and dispose of chemicals and hazardous materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent)
• 1–3 years of relevant lab experience (school experience preferred)
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and equipment handling
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
