Learning Alliance School is seeking a passionate and competent Mathematics Teacher for Grade 3,4 and 7 to deliver engaging lessons, build strong conceptual understanding, and foster analytical thinking in students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons in line with the curriculum
• Develop weekly and monthly lesson plans and schemes of work
• Use diverse teaching strategies to engage students and support different learning styles
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and classwork
• Provide constructive feedback and support student improvement
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Prepare students for internal assessments and examinations
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and academic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
• 1–3 years of teaching experience (middle school experience preferred)
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
