Learning Alliance is seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced O Level Biology Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students through effective and innovative teaching practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Relevant teaching experience, preferably with O Level Biology.
• Strong command of Biology concepts and practical work.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
• Familiarity with O Level curriculum, assessment methods, and examination requirements.
• Commitment to supporting students’ academic progress and overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective Biology lessons in line with the O Level curriculum.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Conduct and supervise practical laboratory activities.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop appropriate teaching resources and learning activities.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Participate in departmental activities, meetings, and school events.
