Learning Alliance is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Liaise with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders
- Perform general administrative and office management tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
