Job Summary:
The STEM Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) programs within the school. The role focuses on enhancing student learning through innovative, interdisciplinary approaches and supporting teachers in delivering effective STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive STEM curriculum aligned with school goals.
• Coordinate STEM-related activities, projects, and events.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to teachers for integrating STEM into classroom instruction.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of STEM programs and suggest improvements.
• Oversee STEM resources, labs, and materials.
• Foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance STEM learning opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM-related field or Education.
• Experience in teaching or coordinating STEM programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to integrate technology and promote inquiry-based learning.
