Learning Alliance International is looking for a qualified Visiting Faculty Member to teach IB Diploma Programme Year 1 (DP1) Psychology.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Psychology lessons to DP1 students following the IB Diploma Programme curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Encourage critical thinking, research, and evidence-based discussion.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with the DP Coordinator and Psychology department regarding curriculum delivery and student achievement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
• Prior experience teaching Psychology at the IB Diploma, A Levels, or equivalent senior secondary level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of psychological theories, research methods, and IB teaching methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
